Beach Club two bed room

Just four adults. What is the configuration of dedicated vs lock down two bedroom? They would like seating area and only need one bed. Which should I put down as preference?

What is difference in storage?

If I'm correct the dedicated only has one entrance. We stayed in one in September and there was one bed and a pull out sofa. We stayed in a lock off unit in April and there were two entrances and two beds in the studio part of the room. i'm not sure about storage but I feel like both configurations had plenty of room to keep your stuff.

The lock-off is a 1BR that connects to a studio and would a have the sofa and a queen bed in the second bedroom as well as the small kitchenette and bathroom. They would also have a separate entrance if they wanted to use it or could use the entrance of the 1BR too. They would be keyed the same.
