Beach Club to front Epcot Guest Relations

We are taking the Yuletide Fantasy tour in December. It requires that you meet at the Epcot Guest Relations booth at the front of the park at 9am. Our AP passes will be expired by this time.

What is the easiest way to get from the Beach Club resort to the front of Epcot without park passes at 9am? The only way I found is some how get to the Epcot stop at DHS or get to TTC/MK and take the Epcot bus from there. Can I get an escort through IG and WS since I have am taking a tour?

We did that before and we went through the international gateway up to the front of the park. I would call and confirm, but that is how we did it in the past.

We did the Segway tour a couple of years ago and had to meet at the front at 8:00. They had a list at the International Gateway and let us in.

GR inside the park is not problem, enter through IG. If GR outside the park, best bet is probably a taxi.

If you don't have park passes, you aren't getting into the park...period. I had an early YF tour a few years ago. The only way I was able to get in via the IG was with a park pass (AP) and the IG being manned early for EMHs that day.
Your best bet is going to be a cab to the front of the park.

I called the WDW Tours and I asked the CM what I could do without a park ticket. Originally, she said I could take a bus to the front, but then she called Guest Relations. They said that I can just go to the IG Guest Relations, the CMs there would check that I'm in a tour and escort me to the front Guest Relations to meet my tour group.

Be careful...that isn't what I was told...either by the people I booked my Yuletide Fantasy tour with, or by those CMs at the IG!

Yeah I agree, thankfully it's not an EMH day that morning, so the only guests should be early breakfast ADR guests. I'll probably go to the guests services at IG a few days before and again the day/night before and check. Worse case, I'll just get a cab. I'll post back when I do this in a few months...hopefully it'll help someone.
