An so onto the Magic Kingdom. In the first video we arrive early for the opening ceremony, stroll up Main Street and then on to Tomorrowland. One of the highlight of the holiday, for me, is turning to look up Main Street and see the castle for the first time since the last holiday - just like coming home!

Magic Kingdom Pt1

I love the part during the opening ceremony where the cast members hear the train and then start searching for it as if to say 'where is this train coming from?'. 'Is it in Seven Seas Lagoon? -no. ' better look under the platform to see if it's hiding there - no. "oh there it is coming down the track! Who'd have thought that?'

Another first for me ... seeing the opening ceremony :yay: With two teenagers, it's a nightmare getting to the parks for 9.30. They always want a lie-in and then breakfast :headache: They can eat and sleep when we get home :rotfl:

Loved seeing your DS waving to Mickey. Lovely to see the magic's still there

The next pat of our video diary starts in Tomorrowland then onto Frontierland, the 'Move it, Shake it Celebrate it' Street party, dinner at the Crystal Palace and highlights of 'Celebrate a Dream Come True' parade:

Part 3 of our Magic Kingdom tour (click on link below) is set in Adventureland. Features an excellent Johnny Depp Look-a-like at the POtC show as well as the ride itself, Aladdin's Carpet, Swiss Family Treehouse and Jungle Cruise:

I absolutely love the music you set your videos to, always sends a shiver down my spine! :cool1:

I'm still with you:cheer2: Looking forward to next part :goodvibes

Thanks Strawberry blonde!

Sticking with the Magic Kingdom theme, our next part takes us to the Contemporary Resort for breakfast at Chef Mickeys, dinner at the California Grill and the Electrical Water Pageant:

Mine are 18 and 15 and Uni and GSCE's are getting in the way :sad1: We're not very good with the heat and usually go in Feb so I think we'd struggle with the Summer...... plus looking at prices, I think we'd need to sell the house :headache:

I've just watched Days 3, 4, and 5 plus the Contemporary through Bay Lake Tower videos. They are all remarkable for picture quality, ambient sound, and editing. You chose great representations for each park, creating an excellent souvenir for your family and providing the rest of us with a virtual vacation. Thank you very much.

What can I say but WOW. What a beautiful hotel and your room was lovely. Could you see the fireworks from your balcony?

You seem to be having a fantastic time and I can't wait for the next bit :goodvibes

Thanks SusanEllen. I feel that when you spend so much money on a vacation/holiday It's great to be able to take it out of a box, so to speak, and enjoy it over again.

Yeah, Bay Lake Towers is quite spectacular. As we only stayed for there for one night, we watched the fireworks from the roof-top observation deck, but we could have seen them from our balcony. Next time we go we will probably stay in a standard view room as it uses less points - and you can always go upstairs to the deck to watch the fireworks if you want.

Hoping to have more videos uploaded tomorrow - next up, we travel down to Miami for a long (and, unfortunately, wet) weekend.

congratulations on buying your DVC. We have been members since 2004 and have totally fallen in love with the Treehouse Villas, but would like to give BLT a try maybe for a few days.

Thanks for a great video

Susan
