We were just in room 4462 last week. We reserved a standard view room, and I'm not sure if they upgraded us (the lady checking us in was looking for a nice room for us), but this was a view of a pretty courtyard and the BC Villas across the way (no parking lot view). It was convenient to the lobby too, about the 2nd or 3rd room from the elevator (on the 4th floor).
You can find layouts of the rooms online, I think the official WDW site has them. Basically, in our room, you walk in and there's a chest of draws and closet on one side, the other side was the bathroom area. Double sinks outside the toilet/bath area. Two queen beds, a day bed, and the tv unit with more drawers. We had a small round table with two chairs inside, between the bed and the doorway to the balcony (which was a "real" door, not one of those sliding ones). We had a full balcony with a small table and two chairs, but it looked like some of the other balconies (esp. those facing the lake) were bigger.
Everything was a sea theme, shells, seahorses, seafoam greens and pinks. We really liked our room!
