Beach Club resale/cost per point

Anyone that has bought a resale contract at Beach Club recently, what is the going rate per point? I am considering buying eventually but wouldnt have any idea what to offer.

We just closed on 150 points at Beach Club. at $78 per point. The contract included 232 points from prior years. You will find the price will include factors such as number of points (small number of points usually cost more per point than large numbers of points) and any banked points. You might get on the e-mail list for The Timeshare Store, Inc. that is listed on this site for recent listings and prices. We used them and were very pleased with their service.

We got two 150 point contacts last June.
150 BCV (Oct) $78, 60 '09 pts, 150 banked '10 pts, all '11 & '12 pts (sub 6/2, passed 6/15)
150 BCV (Oct) $78, 40 banked '10 pts, all '11 & '12 pts (sub 6/2, passed 6/20)

We just closed this month on a BC resale and paid $76.50/point. They were asking $78 but we offered less and they took it.
