Beach Club Refurb

We will be going on our 2nd DVC trip in Feb. We are staying Feb 21st-28th. I heard that there is a pool refurb during this time. How expansive will the refurb be during these dates? Also, how is the weather during this time. Is it warm enough to swim anyways?

Oh no! Where did you hear this? I'll be there Feb 13-19. I never heard about the pool refurb.

We received a letter about the refurbishment of SAB. It will be done in sections starting Jan. 5.

"The first section, including the Flying Jib slide and pool area, is scheduled to be completed by mid-February. Flying Jib slide will be unavailable during this phase only. The second section, including the Lazy River, is scheduled to be completed by early March. The third section, including the Quiet Lagoon and Stormalong Bay Kiddie Pool, is scheduled to be refurbished by late March."

The letter warns that there will be noise and equipment in the area. It also lists the three other pools as alternatives and states that for a slide experience, Luna Park is available.

I've never been to the pool. I just called to make my ressies and they didn't say anything. I am kind of angry.
