Beach Club (Refillable Mugs and Breakfast)

I understand that you purchase and use the refillable mugs at Beaches and Cream. Do they also have breakfast items?
We arrive Sunday the 20th of this month and have never used the "mug" service at BCV.

You can purchase refillable mugs at Beaches & Cream or Hurricane Hannah's, the pool bar at Stormalong Bay. I just bought one in June and I think it was about $12 with tax.

B & C is not open for breakfast. However, they have pastries, fruit, cereal, juice, milk & coffee in the small bar off the BC lobby in the mornings. Or you can eat at the character breakfast at Cape May Cafe. Yacht Club Galley also serves a buffet or ala carte breakfast. Or take a short walk to the Boardwalk Bakery. The BB has pastries and a couple of warm breakfast sandwiches. My DH likes their breakfast burrito. Spoodles at the BW also offers a sit-down breakfast. Other choices include several restaurants at the Dolphin or Swan.

Personally, I wouldn't buy a refillable mug at BCV (unless I just liked the mug and wanted a nice sounvenir). It's a bit of a walk from the villas to Beaches 'n Cream to get them filled and IMHO, they don't hold nearly enough! I need my coffee in the morning and find it a lot easier and cheaper to make it in the room. (Tastes better, too. I don't like the stuff most of the places in WDW serves. It doesn't even taste brewed to me). You will find a coffeemaker and two coffee filter packs (one regular and one decaf) in the room when you arrive.

I agree with CarolMN. I bought one of the refillable mugs in June. It was fine when we were at the pool and could refill it at Hurricane Hanna's or B&C. But the waits were sometimes very long, and it was somewhat of a waste to think of filling it while at the villas, because of the long walk. I did, however, get my money's worth by having it at the pool with me.
