Beach Club Question

My kids (15 and 12) have called CSR their 'home' for the past 6 trips and they know how to get around there easily. We've also stayed at WL and because everything was housed under one roof they quickly figured out the path btw the gift shop, roaring forks, the pool, our room, and the arcade. I was comfortable staying in the room as they roamed around on their own. Is Beach Club at all similar in that regard?

We rented points last year at BCV. Although we haven't stayed at the other resorts you mentioned, we had no trouble getting acquainted with the layout of the Beach Club. Within the first couple of days, everything seemed very familiar. We loved it!! There is nothing like being so close to Epcot & HS. And the pool is amazing! Enjoy!

ETA - Our kid's are only 10 & 6 so I wouldn't be comfortable letting them roam without us. However, your kids should be fine. Even though the resort layout/pool area maybe bigger, the main areas are relatively close together.

The main issue your first time is the minimal QS options in the immediate area. There are a few things in the gift shop and at the pool bar. Beaches and Cream is a TS but has a to go counter and some reasonable TS options, but reservations are usually needed to get a table. The Boardwalk has ice cream, a bakery, a pizza window, a brew pub, ESPN Club, and a couple of carts. Of course, EPCOT is only a short walk away, esp. England and France. There are several nice options at the Swan and Dolphin nearby also.

Beach Club for teens would be fun and an easy place for them to get their bearings. And yes, there are plenty of places for your to relax in the sun while they explore.
