Beach Club Question

Hi everybody, I have a quick question that I hope someone can help me with.

When we were at WDW from August 14 - 24th we were coming out of Epcot at the International Gateway because we were walking a friend back to his hotel (Yacht Club). As we were walking past the Beach Club they had a Large Movie Screen on the the Beach showing The Incredibles.

Is this something that they do daily, weekly, monthly? Does anyone know.

They have these at all the DVC resorts and out a few nights during the week. It was there for our Trip in June as well.

Hi!

We stayed at the BC July 24 - Aug 2 and they had movie night on the beach every night. The kids loved it and they met a lot of nice friends to play with. The BC has many different things to do such as many pool games and contests throughout the day and roasting marshmellows by the fire. We had such a wonderful time!

It also said Campfire Sing Along. Are there any characters ther for that? Like the one at Fort Wilderness has Chip & DAle?

We were at YC June 28-July 12 and they showed a movie every night. They also had all kinds of kids activities at the pool every afternoon. This was something new - it was great and I hope they keep it, at least during the summer months!

We stayed Sept 27 to Sept 29 to take advantage of the Pay ahead. The still have the Movie and the Campfire was still there. There are no characters just Castmembers but it was fun. You can purchase a smores kit to roast then over the fire. The movie we saw was Pirates of the Carabean. There were qute a few people who took advatage of it. I will be going back next year and hope they still have it.

The nightly movies and daily pool activities are part af a pilot activities program being tested at the Yacht and Beach Club and All-Star Movies only at this time.There are rumors that if Guest feedback is positive it will become permanent and expand to all WDW resorts. You should have seen the Yacht and Beach Club beach on August 17-they were showing the premiere of High School Musical 2 and it was PACKED!

Hi,

We checked out on 10/7 and the movies were scheduled through all of October also. They had added a few new movies to the rotation - and showing Haunted Mansion on Halloween. The pool activities were also on the Oct. schedule and Lilo and Stitch were still visiting the lobby everyday! All the activites were great! We enjoyed making smores and watching the movies, kids loved Lilo and Stitich and all the HSM music by the pool.
