Beach Club Dedicated 2 Bedroom do some have Queen and Sofa Bed vs 2 Queens

Hello, got a 2 Bedroom Dedicated at Beach Club for spring, Cant wait The Description on DVC website for the room is 1 King, 2 Queens, and 1 Sleeper Sofa.
But from what ive been reading the Dedicated 2 Bedrooms can have 1 King, 1 Queen and Queen Sleeper Sofa, and 1 Double Sleeper Sofa. Theres 24 Dedicated with 2 Queen Beds and 70 something with the Queen Sleeper Sofa. Is this true?

Have some adults that dont want to sleep on a Sleeper Sofa.
Will talk to Member services to put in room requests at somepoint and will ask them. But im guessing my first room request would be to have 2 real Beds if thats how the Dedicated 2 Bedrooms are

Since the refurb in 2016, all dedicated 2BRs @ BCV have 2 queens in the 2nd bedroom.

There are a couple of layout differences. Some have the door to bedroom #2 by the entrance. And some have it in the living room near the far wall. If and when the sofa bed is opened up, it is hard to access bedrooom #2 if it has the 2nd type layout. We used to request the one with the foyer entrance to it.

It used to be our home resort for many years, and always booked 2BRs (4 kids).
