Hi, I booked two rooms at the beach club and I asked for them to be adjoining which is the highest priority for my family. However for one of the rooms it would be really great if we had the two queens and a daybed configuration. For the other room it is not necessary to have a daybed. Does anyone know if it's possible to have a joining rooms if one has a day bed request and one doesn't?

If you want the rooms to have an interior, connecting door, you need to request "connecting rooms". Adjoining indicates you want rooms next to each other, but not necessarily connecting. We were just at YC and had connecting rooms, both with 2 queens and 1 daybed, so, chances are, BC has similar connecting options. Your best bet is to link your reservations as "travel with", request "connecting rooms", "one room with day bed". If you aren't assigned this configuration at first, go to the front desk at check-in to see if they can reassign your rooms.
