Glad to hear it! We are currently booked in a GV room at BC but may upgrade to CL. I've heard mixed reviews though. We've stayed WL CL and LOVED that. How's the food? The actual lounge??

The food was ok. Nothing really outstanding in my opinion. However, the service cannot be beat! Stayed CL at grand, boardwalk and poly and beach club totally blows them away when it comes to service!!!

I agree -- BC CL has great CM's. We have 2 in particular that go out of their way to make each stay very special. The whole BC CL experience is very cozy and personal. CR CL and Poly CL lounges are larger and have awesome views, but we'd still choose BC, small lounge and all, over any other.

I was thinking of switching from Poly to BC CL for our January trip. We've always stayed int the MK area and never the epcot area. Just checked online and they are full for the discounted price:( Just when I decided to take the plunge!

Don't do it we had a horrible BC CL stay in Sept I've stayed POLY CL twice and it was sooooo much better!!

Rooms can be very far from CL, dirty dingy carpet and halls, chipped furniture, CL was very small and spiders covered our balcony at BC!!!

We stayed @ BC club level the week after christmas last year and the family we toured booked like 16 rooms on this floor and there were 14 grandkids so the CM were fantastic with all this going on that week. we were right outside the lounge and we loved going in there daily to see what they had out. we always say about that trip we won the disney lottery!!! so much fun and our dd loved the pool!!

We adored our BC CL stay in May. I didn't find the lounge to be small, and our room was clean and lovely. Glad you are having a great time!

We've stayed CL at BC, YC and GF RPC. Although all were wonderful and our favorite is BC! The lounge is a little small but we thought it was "homey". CMs were always so nice and helpful. Breakfast can be a little crazy at all the CL lounges, but we went early (as we are rope drop fantatics) and never had a problem getting a table and chairs.

Everyone will have their own opinions. We have stayed BC CL five times and never were disappointed.

To the poster who disliked the deluxe rooms being farther away from the lounge - it is a trade off. We had a great deluxe room on the first floor. We knew going in that it wasn't going to be on the fifth floor. Even though it wasn't as convenient as being on the 5th floor it was definitely our favorite room ever!

I just read a thread in which many stated that BC CL was their least favorite CL. It is interesting how people can have such vastly different opinions. We have our first BC CL stay in June, so I'll have my own opinion then.

Another poster here who's had a wonderful experience at the BC-CL. We've been fortunate to stay CL at the BC twice with our most recent visit this past August and I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. Like others have mentioned, service was top notch, our room was spotless and everyday we'd get back to our room with a new towel animal - it was a nice surprise and our girls who are now 18 & 14 really enjoyed that! I wouldn't hesitate to stay CL again at the BC - this resort is by far, our favorite!

Just curious regarding the bolded. The "deluxe room" you mentioned. Is this different than a regular CL level room located on the fifth floor? Is this another level of concierge? We are hoping to stay at the BC after Thanksgiving and were wondering about the Concierge level accomodations.

we check in on Thanksgiving Day. So far all of our interactions with IPO have been wonderful so I am hoping that is an indication of how things will be once we arrive.

We have booked a Standard view as that was all that was available when we booked. Can anyone tell me if the SV rooms are on the same floor as the lounge?I checked a map but I found it hard to determine where rooms were located in connection to the lounge.

The SV CL rooms are on the 5th floor. The lounge is also on the 5th floor.

If you don't mind me asking, how would you compare YC CL to GF RPC? We've stayed WL CL, GF SL & GF RPC and while RPC is my favorite, WL CL runs a close second (and I didn't care at all for GF SL). We are trying YC CL for the first time next summer and I'm curious as to other people's opinions between the two who have stayed at both ;).

I agree :). We have tried several different resorts and although we have our favorites, there isn't one we wouldn't return to as we've had great stays at all of them; however, there are people who won't return to certain ones for whatever reasons (CLs included).

There is only one level of concierge at the BC and there are (I think) 6 or 8 deluxe rooms, all with CL access; however, they are not located on the CL floor. The deluxe rooms are larger and offer more space than a regular room.

Have a great trip :dance3:. All regular CL rooms are located on the CL (lounge) floor.

There are six deluxe cl rooms at BC. They are not on the fifth floor but have cl access. The rooms are much larger than regular BC rooms. The trade off is you don't have the convenience of walking down the hall to the cl clounge.

Mickeynut - Although GFRPC was lovely we just feel that BC and YC CL are 'cozier". GF RPC did put on a bigger spread but BC and YC CL cms were friendlier. Just personal taste. We wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of those
CLs again!
