Beach Blanket Buffet?

Is the Beach Blanket Buffet open for dinner? Do they have themes? What time is dinner served? Are late night buffets offered? I don't remember seeing these listed on the person navigators.

They are open for dinner and the hours will be on the daily navigator, I don't remember the exact hours. I think the "midnight" desert buffet is in Lumiere's, but I never made it so I am not sure.
