I bought a bunch of beach balls at the dollar store that are Disney themed.
I know my girls love to play with them at the resort and many others join in to play. I would like to get out a new one every night and pass them along to others to play with...essentially leaving them in the pool for others to enjoy when we leave. That way, when we go to the room the balls can stay at the pool. Anyone done this?
Thanks.

No but since I started taking my niece to Disney in 2007, I have bought things for my niece to give to other children in the parks.

The beach balls are a great idea.

I've found beach balls at the pools before and just leave them when we are done playing with them. I always assumed that Disney put them there.
Guess not. :)

Great idea!

Are they allowed at the pool? I was wondering if we could bring pool toys? I got the beach balls and the "splat" balls too w/ Cars and Nemo on them.

We have brought small beach/pool toys and never had a problem with being "allowed" to use them. I think big rafts and floats would not be allowed but beach balls, diving sticks, splat balls etc. have all been seen at the pool and I never heard of anyone gettting in trouble for having them.
I think it is a great idea to pass them along. We bring sand toys when we stay at the Poly and GF and always pass them along as well.

When I was at POR the life guard made a boy remove a snorkel from the pool. Not sure why but he told the teen that is wasn't allowed. Weird!
