Beach at vb

Going June 1st. Has anyone seen the condition of the beach.

We were there this past summer and as compared to every previous year (we've been members since 1996, so have gone most years) the beach is in poor shape.

Erosion has put the sand approximately 1/2 way up the ramp and stairs (one on either side of the dock) with little room for actually stretching out on the beach.

We won't be going this year. We'll find another beach on the east coast to visit; one that has a stretch of sand that can be enjoyed, before you get to the water's edge.

Not sure how Disney can do anything about this, but it seriously takes away from the beach experience.

there was a wedding happening here. The umbrellas are Disney's.

Just there in October/there was some beach to be able to sit and enjoy. It isn't huge, but a beach is a beach!!!

It was really bad when we visited in 2010, it was really steep to get down with a baby and there was very little room before the sea. Very disappointing.
