I have been trying to get a reservations for 2 at BoG. Today I accidentally punched in for 1 person and it gave me a time. So I then did it again and it gave me a time 10 minutes later for another reservation.

So do they have table for just one person - seems like a table would be able to fit 2 people.

Anyone with experience with this??

lunch or dinner? For lunch, you would have no problem at all as you pick your own table. For dinner, I might call and see if they can merge the two reservations.

Sounds like you hit the jackpot!

Smallest table at BoG is for 2 so you should be fine. Good for you!

So I booked the reservation for the first time - however it states it is for one - if I call them will they change it for two?

You could try to modify it on the app. Or just leave it as is & not rock the boat. Think you posted your ressie is for lunch. So each of you will just walk up to BoG check-in at the gate one after the other, check-in (would recommend both do your online meal pre-order) and then free to find your own table. If you think there is any chance you might get separated because of the 10 min check-in lag betw the 2 of you, agree to try to find a table in your fav room and also decide on a back-up room in case your first pick is full.

I called and she was able to reserve the second time slot in my DH name.
That's nice. For others' info I'll chime in with PPs and add that for lunch or breakfast it wouldn't matter, as it's technically counter service, so you can sit wherever and with whoever you like.

Glad this worked out for OP.

I just wanted to mention that BOG is not always "seat yourself" for lunch. The last 2 times I've eaten there (January 2014 and May 2017), we were held after paying and then seated by a CM. I doubt it would have been a problem if we'd somehow been split up - the person in front could probably just tell the CM that another person was joining the party. But I thought it was worth mentioning in case anyone runs into that situation.
