Be Our Guest?

Does anyone know when the Be Our Guest restaurant will open or when we'll be able to make reservations. We'd like to go in late 2012/early 2013.

Late 2012/early 2013 is as specific as we've gotten on the opening dates for the restaurant. I'm sure they won't announce the exact dates until they're close enough they won't have to push it back for unexpected delays. Also, if it's anything like the opening of Via Napoli, they may not take ADRs for the first few weeks as they get things set up. I wouldn't get my heart set on dining at this restaurant if you're planning your trip now--it may be a nice bonus (and the later into 2013 you go, the better the odds it will be open for your trip).
