Finally got a ADR....for breakfast though. If all the rooms are open, what's the best one? They all look dimly lit...but the one looked really dark? TIA!

The room with the enchanted rose is dark but my favorite option. The main ballroom is pretty too (though feels more like a big cafeteria during QS hours). My least favorite is the other room (library?) because I don’t think it has as much ambiance or significance to the movie.

For first timers, my suggestion is always the Grand Ballroom. Of the three, it's the best for theme and lighting, as well as close to the fountain drink bar. West Wing is too dark, and the The Castle Gallery lacks a theme (always felt like they should've made it a bedroom or library), although it's a bit brighter.

Really love the west wing (dark) room the best - more intimate - could be a little scary for 'littles' though. Just don't sit right in front of the 'rose' as people from other rooms are understandably coming in for pictures there!!

We've eaten in all 3. The West Wing is my favourite but DD thinks it's too dark and loud. She prefers the Castle Gallery because it's the quietest and she loves the giant music box with Beast and Belle dancing. We found the main ballroom really loud and chaotic but it could be because of where our table was situated. It seemed like the main traffic path for the servers.

looks like its total darkness....can you even see your food?

think yours is the winner!

Our first time there, we were seated near the "music box" mentioned by the pp. It was lovely. Last time, we were in the West Wing. Not sure if you are dining with kids, or their ages if you are, but my son (then 5) found it kind of spooky. And even though they say no flash photos, we had several people at nearby tables snapping pics that absolutely blinded you. You could see your food aside from that.

We went for dinner for the first time one night and they were going to sit us in the Ballroom (which still looks awesome) but I requested to eat in the west wing. I'm glad we did! It was more secluded and the theme in the room is awesome. I thought the Castle Gallery would be my least favorite because it's not from the actual movie, but we walked through there and it looks awesome too. You really can't go wrong!

My favorite is the West Wing. Took 4 times eating there to be able to sit in that room. It’s small and always full!

As PP stated it can depend on what's available. West wing gets full quickly. I've eaten in all 3 and they are all good.

When we went, I let my boyfriend pick the room as I knew we'd be 'touring' the rest extensively anyway and we ended up in the The Castle Gallery (this used to be open for lunch only and now it's always open, make sure you have a look at the walls, there's the Rose Gallery which features beautiful art), which was my least favourite but was also the quietest by a mile. I agree that they should have made it the Library, it would have become my favourite room then! The Ballroom is gorgeous. Make sure to look up and stare at the ceiling and the windows. My favourite room is The West Wing - it's breathtaking. Next time I'm eating there for sure.

Been there 8 times for lunch and we've always chosen the Castle Gallery (the room to the right as you walk in.) The West Wing looks interesting, but too dark. The ballroom looks like a cafeteria to me. The Castle Gallery is quieter, typically has better seating availability, and has easy access to it's own drink station area.

Completely agree with not sitting right by the rose. My DDs and I had dinner there once during a girls trip and were seated in the West Wing room right next to the enchanted rose. It was really cool to look at during dinner, only if no one was trying to take pictures. People were very close to sitting on our table trying to get the perfect shot. We normally go for either breakfast or lunch and we still love going to the West Wing (if there is room), but we always get a table far from the rose. The other room we all love to eat in is the main ballroom, especially if we can get a table right by the windows in the back of the room. The third room (never know what it is called) is ok, but I do agree with the others that said that it lacks theme.

We did not enjoy the West Wing at all. Or maybe I should say that we liked it for 5 minutes then we were over it. We were seated near the rose so we had a constant stream of people standing around us to see it and take pictures. The thunder effects upset my 3 year old and the lighting was bad for my elderly parents to see the menus. It was our least relaxing meal.

I adore the ball room but its quite loud, the west wing is cool but so dark, I think when we have dinner I will try to go to the castle gallery, haven't eaten there yet, for our breakfast with family who haven't been to BOG yet tho I think we will stay in the ballroom

We almost always eat in the gallery. It's quiet and doesn't usually have the extra traffic the other two rooms do.
