Be Our Guest - Which Dining Room?

So, I've eaten in the West Wing (for dinner - loved!) and the main Ballroom (for lunch - meh). On my next trip, I'd love to have a chance to eat in the third dining room - the music box room. Is that room even open at dinner? When I went in January 2013, only the West Wing and Ballroom were open at dinnertime, but things change quickly. We're looking at a January 2020 trip, so this question might be way premature. Thanks in advance for any advice!
