I don't like overeating (which I always do at buffets!) and I don't like Disney buffet prices. So the only option for non buffet is lunch? I wonder why they did it that way. I guess they feel lunch would be the least popular meal so they don't need to move people through as quickly, which is what a buffet does.

There has been no announcement one way or the other thats its going to be buffet. Just that you will sit and eat cs food for lunch and ts food for dinner.

It seems everyone is so parched for any news about BOG they will jump at anything. As you can see you weren't alone.

I hate when this thread pops up again....I keep on thinking maybe this time there will be "real" news!! I consider being opened "by the holidays" as being before Thanksgiving...hoping for late Oct though!! I check everyday, I want to score ressies for our MNSSHP night and know I'll have to be on the ball to be a "first caller"

My idea was to have Belle and Beast in the lobby to greet guests as they enter (much like at Akershus). Then have the audio anamatronic walk arounds in the dining room, alternating between Lumiere and Mrs. Potts & Chip. No other characters, so it wouldn't be a full character meal, but enough to add a little touch of Beauty and the Beast.

I think your idea is just the right touch! I would love that, with the addition of maybe having Belle and Beast going through and going to each table once every twenty to thirty minutes or so. On secong thought, maybe that wouldn't work. I guess just your idea just as you stated it. They could say hello and goodbye to the guests... Thanks for coming, please come again. A nice way to start and end your meal.
