Yes, I know this is the million dollar question. I am at my 180 day point and I was so excited to snag a reservation for BOG so we can try the new prix-fixe menu! Unfortunately, I got to work a bit late this morning and I wasn't able to get on my computer until 8:04 and of course, everything was gone for our entire week by that point. People have some fast fingers! Any chance the reservations just weren't available because of the menu change or am I hopeless at this point? So bummed!

I didn't think it would sell out with the new menu. I know in the past I would be able to get a reservation close to the check in date. Keep trying.

Keep trying...less than a month out SIL scored 2 ADR to BOG. Don't forget you can do this on your phone too on MDE app. Don't lose hope, people are always canceling, day before even.

It's possible they haven't released them because of the menu change. I expected it to go down in popularity now that it is 2 credits on the dining plan so I'm surprised they were completely gone an hour late, but what do I know? Regardless though, keep trying. Touring Plans has a free reservation finder, you may want to sign up for alerts there.

ADR's open at 6am eastern on your 180 days.

I've heard that BOG dinner availability may seem non existent because they have not been releasing any times right at the 180 day mark lately so it may not be that people have snagged them up but rather that Disney hasn't even opened them yet.
Keep checking.

Keep trying. We booked a trip 8 days out in April and could have had a late-ish dinner at BOG if we wanted. :) The availability was there a couple of times I was looking.

The only November BOG reservations that haven't been released yet are those that fall after 6 PM on MVMCP nights.

BOG is very difficult to book, even when there is no party to take away some of the slots. Additionally, this November seems to be a crazy month for ADRs, for whatever reason. :confused3

I wouldn't consider it a lost cause, though. Use the Touring Plans reservation finder. Check occasionally on your own, especially as the trip gets closer. It is highly likely you will be able to find what you want. :)

The first week of November is really busy. Jersey week, race weekend, veterans day, end of F&W.... Most likely it's just booked up. Set up a reservation finder and keep checking!

Keep an eye out here on the cancellation thread. Set up a reservation finder. And keep checking yourself whenever you have spare time. Reservations do pop up from time to time, you just have to be keen eyed and quick to catch them.

I agree about touring plans reservation finder. For our trip I used it to find the time & date I wanted. It came up 3 times for me after 180 days and I modified my adr each time to a better time & date for us.

I got a reservation for BOG dinner July 30 just a few days ago. So reservations for the new Prix-Fixe dinner menu are open.
I agree with everyone, keep trying. A lot of people will book an ADR "in case" to have and hold, and cancel later, or even night before. As mentioned, with it going to 2 credits on the DDP, that will cut down on some of the "must do" mania DDP people have.

I looked at BOG when my ADR day opened for the first week of November. There was absolutely nothing except 1-2 slots the entire week for a party of 2. I think they aren't all released yet. I can see it being booked 180+5 but when you are getting to 180+8 and there is nothing it makes me think all of the slots aren't released.

Every trip I've gone on BOG has been super hard to get and then a month or two later they release huge blocks of time. I'm hoping that's the case this trip.

We are only doing BOG lunch but I looked at dinner since lunch was also very hard to get. I guess all of those people who couldn't get dinner decided to book lunch.

I used the Touring Plans reservation finder about a month ago for BOG, and it found me a table for 5 on the desired day within a week. It's the only time I've used it, so not sure how typical that is, but I was thrilled and would at least recommend giving it a try. Good luck!

I've been wondering about trying to get ADRs for BoG as well. I am specifically wondering if anyone knows if it's harder to get in for dinner on regular late August/early Sept. nights or on MNSSHP nights (before 7pm). I know there is something about walk-ups during the Not So Scary party, but I sincerely do not think my kids will go for missing party time to eat, even at BoG. My youngest has mentioned that he has no interest in any characters at all....except for Beast. Ugh, really kid? ;) So now I have this in the back of my head that I'll have to try for a BoG dinner ADR for our trip so he can see Beast for 3 seconds. ;)

You won't get a walk-up during a party. Reservations on party nights for non-party goers will end before 6pm. For those attending the party there will be a separate link to book reservations during the party, but personally I wouldn't waste party time to eat there

You won't get a walk-up during a party.

No, not during the party. Sorry, I should have been more clear. I've read about people getting walks-ups right before the party starts, not during the actual party hours, so they are there during the early part of the party. But anyway, I agree that we won't want to spend party time at a sit down meal. That's why I was wondering if the 4pm-6pm time slots on party nights would be harder to nab or easier or just the same as any other night. :)
