BE Our Guest Options

We are headed to WDW in Mid-July and there are no openings at Be Our Guest during our entire stay. We are a family of 6. Are there options? Are there openings day of if you wait? We had dinner there during their soft opening back when and we really enjoyed it. Booked this vacation late and didn't have the 180 day advantage like others. Vacationing is a 2 year advance process these days.

If it "helps" I booked at 180 days and I still wasn't able to get BOG. That said - I did just get one yesterday for the exact time and date I wanted. Luck for sure, but they do open up.

I follow the cancellation thread for the month I'm going, b/c that's been the best way I've found for finding out what is being canceled. Or you can just keep checking back.

Keep checking online, even up to the day before. People cancel or change plans all the time. You can always have lunch there if you don't have luck with dinner. It is CS so there are no reservations, you just get in line. You may also he able to get a FP+ for lunch. The main differences are Beast isn't there at lunch, and there is no alcohol served at lunch. As far as walk ups, I think that is unlikely but worth a try.

Have you tried calling? At 180 days out it listed no availability for us so we called and a couple minutes later got a 9pm reservation. Not an ideal time but we had a great meal and got to walk around an empty park after closing when we were done.

Thanks for the information. Not the end of the world. We'll keep checking and hopefully something will pop up. Getting a 9pm reservation during EMH would be the ultimate score for us!!!

I went with a party of 6 in early June 2014. I too could not get any reservations for BOG. But when i was there we stopped by for lunch and stood in line for the QS meal. It did not take us long to get through. I want to say 30 minute wait. Not bad. You get your food so fast in that place i think it keeps everyone moving.

I'm assuming its not as good as the Dinner TS but if you wanted to eat there for lunch it is possible without a fastpass.

Another good tip is make sure you are checking around your 30 day window a lot. That is when the balance is due on your vacations and many people who only left a deposit end up cancelling then.

A friend is going in 2 days on a trip he booked two weeks ago. He scored BOG, so keep checking. If not, there's always a lunch you could stand in line for.

I keep trying for 8/24. No luck but then I try a day ahead like tomorrow just to see and usually find one, hopefully we score a reservation last minute if nothing else.

Keep checking. I found out that we are going to WDW in July last week. I tried all week (like all day, every day), and Sunday night one popped up...I think I screamed. Good luck!

Another good tip is make sure you are checking around your 30 day window a lot. That is when the balance is due on your vacations and many people who only left a deposit end up cancelling then.

I think the balance is due at 45 days so you're supposed to check then If you don't get lucky, lunch is excellent too! Sending pixie dust your way that you find a time
