we tried at the earliest time possible to get a reservation but it was already booked. last time we went to this restaurant we were able to use a 3rd party app to get a reservation, but looks like that got shut down a while ago. any advice on how to get a reservation there. i know alot of people are probably laughing reading this, but never hurts to ask.

Try the touring plans reservation finder. You need a free membership. But other than that, check the day before or a few days before as people cancel to avoid the penalty

I can't specifically say about Christmas, but I always get ADRs for BOG a day or two before a trip. Earlier this afternoon I got a 12:10 ADR for Monday.
