No. Now you log on to MDE and make an ADR like a regular reservation at 180 days out.

180 days out is recommended, but in the past week I have seen a lunch and dinner pop up for BoG for the first week of October so always a chance to snag.

Well, I blew that. I'm going to have some disappointed family members. I didn't keep up on things for sometime b/c we weren't going to disney this yr. Lesson learned. Keep up at all times or you miss something important. We are going very soon.

Check reservations 24-48 hours before you want to eat. There is likely to be an opening. Good luck!

Not sure when your trip is but as I understand it, 45 days out is when things need to be paid in full or get cancelled. So this is one timeframe you might get lucky in addition to what DisneyLover99 mentioned.

Reservations have to be cancelled 24 hours ahead. I just booked our trip Sunday for the first week of August and was able to book BOG lunch, however it was a less than ideal time. Monday I was able to get a better time. People make changes and cancel constantly so keep checking.

I'll keep checking. Thanks for the advise. I don't state the dates of our trip for security reasons. I know a little paranoid, but don't like to chance it.

No worries, I totally understand that.

But yea, we only started booking our trip this past weekend with less than 90 days out we went from having absolutely nothing special the first day to getting everything on our wish list (BoG included). Persistence is key... And from my experience so far I find the best time to find openings is right after lunch.

I was able to move around both my lunch and breakfast reservations up to a few days before. I was pleasantly surprised! Good luck!
