Be Our Guest lunch reservation

I've been trying to make a lunch reservation at BOG for my upcoming trip, however I'm having some trouble:

I've got three separate 12-digit references (split stay), two of which did not work at all when I tried to log onto the system. One did work, which happens to be for the second hotel I'm staying at on 01.11. I was given options from 31.10-04.11, none of which are suitable as I'm not using park tickets for the first couple of days and I'm on a cruise from 02.11.

The issue I've now got is that the system won't let me link the other two 12-digit references (I know they didn't work originally but this is Disney tech- they could work at any point!). I'm not sure what to do. Any ideas?

Hmm, not sure about that. I've obviously looked up similar issues that others have had with this and calling them seemed to make it worse. Everything else is working fine on MDE so I don't want to mess it up. I went to BOG last year so it's no biggie if I can't eat there, it's just a little frustrating.

They have only ever put things right for me when I have called their IT people.

I agree..call them.
I have only had good experiences with calling them. It took less then 5 mins for them to sort me out last time!

As a heads up there is no success yet for any dates in November, they doing testing right now in the world and it appears the system may be changing.

When trying to log in on the account that doesn't work put your middle name after your first name. this seemed to work for me
