My arrival day is August 17th, and I saw that my window opened up this morning, but since that's my arrival day I won't be able to do the BOG lunch then.

I did notice that even at 7am there was limited (ish) availablility (there was only 1pm - 1.50pm available at that time...now I see there is 11.15am - 11.45am and 1pm - 1.30pm a few hours later).

I'm surprised they go that fast! If I want one around 12.30pm I guess I have to get up at 4.30am?

That is a new one. Can you try creating a new account with a brand new email address?


Not sure if they UK accounts are different or not.
Did you book your trip directly with Disney or through an agent? I wonder if the name on your trip is off for some reason.
Can you check the name shown on your reservation documentation, Making sure spelling is all correct, etc?
And do you have a 12 digit, numeric only number, or something else?

I think its an IT issue, because my booking first name is Karen-Ann, yet, when I try to input the '-', that character is deleted and not allowed, but thats the exact name my reservation is made in! I've tried different variations, but no luck. Thanks anyway

Well, we will be there the 18th and 19th, and I really want to make a reservation for the 18th. So I guess I'll be up at midnight tonight trying? Do ressies open at midnight?

I read a few pages back that 2:00am is the time people were getting them.

I have read throughout this thread that if you refresh your screen it gives you additional times so hopefully that works

no fast passes are available. Does this mean it is too soon
to book or they are really already out of fast passes?

Too soon, but just by 1 day
You should be able to book tomorrow for August 18th

Today up to August 17 is open. Try tomorrow for the 18th.

Honestly, they do not go that fast. It is not like FP or ADR for BOG where you need to be online the moment your window opens. BOG FP for lunch are really plentiful and you won't have any problems getting one. The problem is waiting till they open, since that is rather random. Just when we think there is a pattern, they change it.

If this was asked before, I'm so sorry but can you make more than 1 FP reservation during your stay? Can I make 1 for 1 day and another for a different day?

You can only have 1 active at a time. If you have used the one you book first then yes, you can go back in and book a 2nd one.

I still need to know if people can view their reservation once they hit done.

I am unable to view mine and it doesn't appear that I actually have a reservation since when I log in again it doesn't say that I already have a reservation for this day, or would you like to change your previous reservation.

Just registered for a FastPass Plus for BOG. Does it also have a $10 per person cancellation fee attached to it if not cancelled within 24 hours like regular ADR's?

No. They don't take any credit card information for the BoG FP+, so there's really no penalty for not showing up.

If you go back to the home page and choose "view," it may let you view your existing FP+, although others have said this choice is grayed out for them. Or you could try to make another FP for that week. Since you're only allowed to hold one unused FP+ at a time, it may ask you if you want to keep the new choice or the former choice (thereby confirming that your first FP+ went through). Again, some have said this doesn't work for them either. I know this isn't very reassuring. But many people have also said that, even if they couldn't get back into the site to see their existing FP+, as long as they got the original confirmation screen that said had a FP+ time, even if they can't see it again, the CMs at the kiosk were always able to find their FP+. It's a glitchy system, without a doubt. As someone else said, any CM you ask about it will say it's still in testing mode, which basically means they don't have any idea what's wrong with it. But if you made a FP+ and saw the screen that says "Congratulations," and all that, odds are excellent that it's in the system, even if it won't let you see it.

Thanks for the reassurance. I do feel better.

The view section is greyed out for me and I have made several reservations over and over (same day/different day) it just lets me make a FP but it never mentions that I already have a valid FP.

I printed out my congratulations paper (on my final fp reservation made) because once I hit done.....the FP seems gone forever. Hopefully, that will be enough.
