Be Our Guest Lunch Fastpass

We pre-ordered, but still got to walk through the area with the knights and the order kiosks (we just didn't stop until the cashier kiosks). At the cashier kiosk, he noticed we had pre-ordered and we were on the dining plan. I signed the receipt for the dining plan and we were then allowed to pick the table of our choosing in any of the three rooms. There were a few tables in the ballroom, so that is where my grandchildren chose to eat; it was beautiful.

I had changed out one of the menu items for my granddaughter about two weeks before our trip (made our FP reservation about 30 days before our trip). When they brought our lunch to the table, they brought the turkey sandwich, and not the braised pork that I had changed to. Easy enough to fix though, as the waiter apologized and said he would be right back. Within five (5) minutes she had the correct order.

We loved it all, the food, the atmosphere, and the quick service.

Note: There was a family in front of us at the check-in podium when we arrived who said they had changed their date and times on-line, and apparently the system had lost their reservation in so doing. They did not have a print out of their reservation (Strongly advise doing that) and were turned away because BOG had no record of them in the system. So, my advice is if you get a FP reservation for this lunch, just stick with your original request and don't try and change it.

I got an invite but when I go to beourguest and log in theres no place for me to put my ressie number in, just the make a new fastpass or change or modify.Any suggestions on what I'm doing wrong.Thanks.
 
If I don't have a 12 digit reservation number since I booked my room through Orbitz, will I not be able to book a BOG lunch FP+? My number's only 6 digits/letters long.

I was able to log in with just my email and password. confirmation must have already been linked because I had a room only reservation linked to MDE so you should be fine. You should also see your name up top when u book. Don't forget to print a screen shot.
 

I tried this it did not work it still bring up a confirmation no with Letters and numbers in it. I guess it's because I booked a Magic Your Way Package? :confused3

Me too. I can't get the phone app, but tried it on the iPad and just see the standard confirmation number with letters, which is different. :sad2:

I couldn't find my 12 digit reservation number either. I called and was able to get it quickly. Couldn't book a BOG lunch though. It shows as no fast pass + available. Will have to check back at 60 days out.

Can I ask what number you called, if you remember? There are so many Disney help numbers. I imagine a lot of them wouldn't know what you're talking about
 
I had a BOG FP+ for May 27. When I went in yesterday the FP was gone. It lets me go through everything and I essentially have the FP+, but when I come back it isn't there and I can go through the whole process again... and it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Nevermind! Saw an earlier post that had the 'view confirmation' link, and it is still there when I go through that link! So hopefully it will work!!!

I called 407-934-7639. Got through quickly and just asked for my 12 digit resort reservation #.

Still not working. Go to site from link in e-mail from Disney but only gives me about a week ahead from today,my hotel nights are not highlighted. Why would they send me an invite but not let me get into the site to make a fastpass ?

I added it to my spreadsheet and now I am ready to make my FP + for Be our Guest when the time comes....So happy!:banana:
 
I only see my confirmation number in the MDE app (which is numbers and letters). Where can I find the 12 digit reservation number? Do you think mine doesn't show up because I went through a travel agent?

No. The TA has nothing to do with it. You have a package which is why your confirmation looks like that. You can find it in your MB or DME tags.

No offense, but I'm glad this is happening to other people besides me. I'll follow this thread to see if there are any answers. I've tried using a different device as suggested somewhere, but I still only get a week ahead from today.....
 
I found another way to find the 12 digit number without calling.

Login to the Disney website.
On the My Disney Experience tab, click "My Itinerary"
Scroll the calendar to your check in day.

Now, use your web browser's "view source" feature to see the webpage's code. I use Chrome, so it is under the top menu View>Developer>View Source.

Once you have the source code open, do a page search for "reservationNumber"

You should see the 12 digit code on the same line in this format:

"reservationNumber" value="44XXXXXXXXXX">

Also, make sure you have the EXACT name on the reservation. I couldn't get my mother's room to work until I realized she was listed as First Middle Last on the mailed invoice we received. On the MDE pages, she is just listed as First Last.

Same here..took me forever to find the right reservation number. They have all my info correct but I can't choose a date. It either says no Fast passes available, choose another date. Or, I try to choose another date and it gives me the same error message. I'm new to all of this. We are traveling June 28th-July5th. I know...super busy week! I was hoping to be able to get a lunch fast pass
