We have a split stay...4 nights @ POR, then 9 nights @ WL...(plus a 1 nighter at AofA...)...
Based on the 12-digit resservation number, the BOG Fast Pass system is tied to our WL segment, but the 7-day window is using the POR segment as a starting point. Problem is, our main MK days are past the window...and it hasn't moved in 4 days...(because of the system's 7-day limit).
I'm guessing I'm stuck here, but just throwing it out there...any suggestions?

It won't change, those same seven days will stay visible right up until your arrival date, when day eight will become available, etc.

Try setting up a new BoG account and linking your WL reservation number to it and see if that works?

just wanted to thank everyone for the info in this thread. I was able to find my 12 digit booking number even though I booked through Orbitz. Would not have been able to do it without the info here. I still have over a month to wait though.

Just curious what the earliest return window people have seen is? Be Our Guest used to open at 10:30 a.m., so is that when the FP windows start? Thanks!

I just wanted to return to the thread and let people know what I found out about my resort reservation and BOG lunch FPs. Apparently, the system uses the ORIGINAL dates of your reservation to qualify you BOG FPs. Even if you changed it later it still uses the ORIGINAL dates. In my case, my original dates were 12/14-12/20 (as seen above) when I made them 11 months ago through DVC. I changed the dates 1 week later to my actual dates of 12/19-12/26 and then I dropped 12/19 about 2 weeks ago. So my real dates are 12/21-12/26 and then again 12/29-1/4. This is the only week I can see. I was hoping that my second reservation time period would show up because I am with within the 27-day period but sadly it does not. I was told that once my reservation starts I can have access to the BOG lunch system.

I can't figure out how to chose a kids meal for BOG when I am choosing our meal selection. I went back and deleted my original entree, once it occurred to me it would be an adult CS credit, but there was no kids meals choices listed. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

So I just need a little clarification. I just got into T-minus 27 days for my vacation just now (yay tripping over midnight!). I want to make a reservation for the 31st, which is still 28 days out. Can I do it today, or do I have to wait until tomorrow, since that will be 27 days from the date I want?

Alright folks, I've got a strange situation here. I guess glitches are not unheard of when dealing with Disney I.T., but this one just doesn't make sense to me.

We check in on the 27th. The website is showing me the 24th - 30th. Should I ever expect it to update, or are these the only seven days it will ever show me? And, any idea why it starts three days prior to my reservation?

My only thought from what I've read about this: did you change the dates you're coming down since you first booked? Sometimes, this site just holds onto your old dates, for some strange reason.

The site just answered the question for me. I have to wait until tomorrow to book for the 31st.

However, I noticed something I didn't see before. In the main many after logging in, where you can Create/Replace a reservation, Viewa reservation, etc, simmering appeared that wasn't there yesterday. It said "Get in the Fast Lane and experience the next generation of Quick Service dining." The only difference is that I can now select a time for day 1, but I'll be in Epcot day 1 :-D

Thanks for the response. I will check exactly 27 days from Dec 12th (which is our check in date for 2nd reservation) to at least see if whether the IT CM was telling me the truth about it becoming unblocked. If still blocked I'll check again 27 days from Dec 17th (which is our first MK day). If it's still blocked off I'll check again on Dec 12th after the resort check in. I'll try to post as soon as I notice a difference on the website or when I'm able to get the BoG reservation.

So I checked back exactly 27 days from Dec 12th like the CM told me. Still blocked. Waited another 2 days, then called the WDW Restaurant reservations who put me through IT department. The person was not helpful at all. Didn't want to hear what the previous CM had told me. She told me to continue to check every day to see if it gets unblocked. I've been checking for 2 weeks now and still blocked. Will have to try to see if we can get anything upon check in.

I've been dealing with a similar problem for several weeks now. Have 1 night at POR, then 4 night Cruise, and then back to 7 night CSR, with our MK days the very last 2 days of our trip. The website shows only first 7 days unblocked from first reservation.
I tried creating a new email account and entered the 2nd reservation into it but even the new account shows the first 7 days from the 1st reservation.
I've spoken with 4 CMs so far and non of them can help, and they all give inconsistent answers.

Only thing we can do is wait to check in and try at that time.

I have the same problems . I even made an MDE account for my DD and assigned our Boardwalk Villas reservation to it (the one that has ALWAYS started on 12/29) and I got the same week of 12/14-12/20 offered to me. I am very frustrated with the whole thing.

having the same problem, is showing dates starting before our trip, and not through the actual dates we are there. So my window ends on Dec 25, not the 30, so no chance for me. frustrating!

I'm fortunate to have grabbed a BOG Lunch reservation, but it is on our Orlando arrival day-(if it doesn't change again!)..., so that means trying to get through the airport...get our rental and head straight to the park and back to BOG...all while being very "Time-Challenged!".

I kinda get the feeling that this branch of Disney's IT team may be a bit lacking in the "Deal with Disney Freaks" dept!

Have you used the BOG FP+ previously? If you had, you need to wait until 7 days. For whatever reason this is the case unless you create a new sign-in/password (which is also not a guarantee). I am in the same situation and everything I have read on here led me to this conclusion. I emailed and a CM called me back, there was nothing they could do and they advised me to wait 7 days. I check in 12/13 and the dates shown on the website are through 12/10 (3 days prior to my reservation)

I was stymied by the whole "secret twelve-digit number" thing until this evening. Excitedly, I went to the BOG lunch site and tried to book a lunch reservation -- no such luck. We're arriving same as you, JP -- 12/13 -- and will leave on 12/22.

"There are no fast passes available."

Has anyone had any luck, recently, with seeing no openings, and then one opening up? I know that other reservations can appear out of nowhere as people cancel ADRs at the last minute in favor of other ones; I guess I'm hoping this might happen here as well?
