Be Our Guest Lunch Fastpass Disappearing

Has anyone had their BOG FP+ lunch reservation disappear?

Our reservations were for May 22 lunch with pre-booked meals. I periodically check on all our reservations as I am now paranoid about them disappearing thanks to the horror stories about MDE reservations/FP+.

I logged into the Be Our Guest lunch site and the only option available was to select or replace a reservation - meaning I didn't have the option to view or modify meal selections! I clicked on select or replace thinking I would at least be able to see my existing reservation but NO! There was no reservation for any day of our trip! Luckily there appeared to be availability on the system for May 22, but after selecting our meals and hitting 'done' I still couldn't see our reservation or view or modify the meals I selected.

Is anyone else not able to see their existing BOG reservation?
 
Mine disappeared a few days ago, as did those of a few other people, which was mentioned in the other thread Be Our Guest Fastpass. We are speculating that if you didn't get the email they cleared out your FP.
 

Mine disappears everytime, but the same date and time are always back for me to make it. :confused3 I screen shot our order. If it doesn't happen for us thats ok. We will find something else that day CS wise.
 
Mine are still showing for next week and I didn't get the email. That being said, are these the same as our other ADR's and if we don't cancel in 24hrs we are charged $10/pp? Thanks!
 
The same thing has been happening to me! I have rebooked twice thinking maybe it was me. I called about it this morning and they said it will have to wait until I check in to find out more. Apparently it is not really through My Disney Experience or Disney Dining and the only people who can help are the concierge (who cannot access any information until check-in).

We got an invite on day 2 of our 5 day trip. I was unable to get into the system and went to the hotel concierge who were unable to help. They had me go to any park guest services. We were at AK next so I asked there and they got us into the system and set up our time.

I had an issue getting it to work and went to guest service, the concierge and called Disney IT and no one got it to work - in fact, no one acted as if they had even see the error message I was receiving. Very frustrating!

They are not the same as ADRs so for now there will be no charge for no-shows.

I just read this thread and that's what it looks like!

Good news - as per the above mentioned thread response, it appears that guests who didn't receive the invite email are still being admitted with their paper print outs... I can't confirm this for fact as I didn't experience this, nor do I know what date this was working at... but it gives me enough hope to try this May.

We shall see!
