We have just returned from our trip to Disney , which for 2013 was unlucky as the number 13!
After my daughter spending 2 hours on oxygen on the flight ( a bit of a chest infection developing) I though our troubles were over ,until 4 days into the holiday I broke my collar bone on a water ride. Our plans went out the window and we were lucky to have friends who could look after out 2 daughters whilst I spent 3 days visiting the hospital and finally had surgery on it. I was not impressed with the attitude from the park where it happened but thats another matter which I am not going to go in to here
!
I would like to share a piece of info regarding the Be our Guest Restuarant which I found very handy.
I saw that the queues outside were always very long but really wanted to go there as there was alot of things we didn't get to do on our trip but this was one I was adamant I was going to do. However I didn't like the look of the long queues. One evening I was informed by a lovely lady that she had googled 'fastpass be our guest' and it let her book a table - wow! I thought thats not a problem I can book a fast pass - not. It doesn't show up on the MDE app but I did as she said and googled it and it led me to a fast pass plus site where I had to put in my resort ID and it let me book a lunch time table at the Be Our Guest Restaurant.
The only problem I had was that I had to pre order our food ( it was 2.30am in the morning - couldn't sleep because of collar bone) and i didn't want to wake the family. I took a guess at what they would want but we did have the option to change it when we arrived at the podium the next day to book in.
I took a screen shot of the booking as it didn't appear on MDE with the other reservations but it all worked OK.
I hope this info helps someone to beat the queues as it is a lovely place to eat.
As for the Collar bone -its healing, slowly.
