So I scored a breakfast reservation at BOG before the park opens but this is our first time doing Disney with the kids. I booked it for 2 because we have 2 children under 2 who won't be eating (and one is an infant who will need to be held). I found out later that I need to count them in the reservation. Is there any possibility of changing it at this point or will I just have to give up the reservation?

Keep trying. People cancel reservations all the time, something might open up. Also try searching for another reservation for 2. Since breakfast is open seating, if you get 2 ADRs for 2 people, you can still all sit together.

Just keep trying to get a reservation for 4 or get two reservations for 2 near the same time. Put one adult and one child on each reservation.

Have you tried to modify it? Either by calling or online?

Thanks! It was completely booked online every time I tried and taking care of two babies didn't leave room for calling. Thought I'd try tonight but I did get another reservation at 8:45 for my husband and one daughter. I may try and call and see if there's anything they can do to adjust the time. Is it that big of a deal if we all arrive at the 8:35 time? I'm not quite sure how the ordering and everything works at BOG.

All PPO reservations are allowed in at the same time for BOG. Get to MK gates at 7:30, they let you in at 7:45, follow the signs for PPO, check in at BOG around 8 am, and they will let you right in. So 8:35 and 8:45 are no issue, largely because it's QS :) Also, if you want to speed things up even more, preorder your food.
