Is this it for the menu? I would have thought there would be more options!!! Oatmeal is $11.99? Really!?!?

I booked a few early ressies before looking at the menu.

Is sharing an option?
Can adults order from kids menu?
Can adults just order a coffee or fountain drink while kids eat?

You can share, according to other reports.
I personally would rather share one adult portion between two people than order kids' meals for adults; the portions seem small for the kids' meals.
I think (unless they change this) that both adults could get coffee, as it is self serve. I may be wrong, since I haven't been for breakfast (yet - planning on next month, have the QS dining plan and an 8:00 ADR on one day when the park opens at 9:00, so looking forward to seeing a pretty empty park and enjoying the peace and quiet for a bit before the crowds - not worried about 7D mine train so much as we have a FP+ for it).
I don't eat large breakfasts, so to me, sharing one adult entree and the pastries would fill me up. Since we have the plan, we're both (DD and I) going to order what we want!
You could also just let the kids eat and have coffee.

Your post made me just notice how much a souvenir castle goblet costs. So I then had to google a picture of it to see if it justified the cost. Geesh.

That is funny! You get the soft drink regardless. $17 for a cup is a bit much - I'd shop at World of Disney at DTD for something.
Although, I've bought my kiddos drinks with glow cubes years ago - and we kept those dang things in the freezer for years. Sucker as such I am. They were too cute.

I was wondering how long those cubes lasted. I admit that I kind of covet one for an adult drink. :rotfl2:

Someone on another BOG thread said they had raised the prices by $2/entree on the menu; I have checked the Disney site and can only see $19.99/adults and $11.99/kids. Has anyone else heard of this? It does not matter to us as we are doing DDP but I am sure other people are wondering the same thing.

It's been reported on WDWMAGIC and easyWDW, both fairly reliable sites. WDWMAGIC still has the incorrect bit about reservations opening on the 5th when they're open now, but that info was also reported on Disney Parks Blog, so I'm giving them a pass on that and assuming that is what Disney was saying and the IT department just had other ideas.

Thank you...I guess we will wait and see if it is correct. It would not surprise me if it is true; many of our local breakfast haunts have raised their prices due to the egg shortage.

We aren't big breakfast eaters so I'm thinking about preordering a couple of adult entrees and a couple of kids meals. There are six of us, youngest is 16. Can we preorder off the kids' menu if we don't have anyone under the "kids age" with us?

Do you have to preorder for this? I made a reservation and it said preordering was available sometime in October.

You don't have to, but many have reported things going much faster when they did preorder. But know that just because you can preorder 30 days in advance doesn't mean you can't wait until the morning of to preorder!

From all reports I've seen, sharing and adults ordering kids' meals (whether accompanied by children or not) have been allowed.

Does anyone know if you can order a well cooked egg on the sandwiches? My kid will not eat a runny egg.
