I sat here at the computer more hten once and closed my eyes and just hit random keys in the code tab, didn't get anything.

Well, not sure what the problem is; but I just played and got three codes. Fourth time I got "connection error." Logged out and back in, still getting "connection error."

Don't play VMK at the same time when doing the pirate game. That's what got me connection errors.

i got that link from a friend i figured i would see what it was. That is where my firend got hers and i type in the codes to give out free stuff to people that have like nothing..if i get a sparrow suit i will most likely trade it because it is just a suit. but i feel better when i give free pirate stuff to people because i can get it for free

There is no way for anyone to get only the costume codes. They have to lots of the other junk along with those. I believe that's why they set it up so that you have to enter a code first to find out what it is.

Personally, I'd love to have a faster way to get the codes as it takes my pc forever to get them. Even with using the organ shortcut. It's just too resource heavy.

But, it can't be any worse for me than for those with slower connections and/or slower computers.

Personally I am surprised how many people state here that they use this program to get codes, since it is illegal and if Disney gets you, you will be banned.

Why is this a case?
Because its basically nothing else than a game hack and Disney clearly states that this is not allowed.

As always getting stuff easier is very tempting, but if you have the chance to steal a purse with money would you do it, rather than earn it by yourself?

So I personally hope that people from VMK read this here and ban any person who trys to use this program.
No matter if you got your Sparrow Suit or not, even the attempt to use an illegal program to get one should be punished.

Raven, who is using a program? they have not used a program to "get" codes, people only use what DISNEY has downloaded onto thier computer, or an http string which reduces or eliminates the need to play some of the games. There is no illegal program involved.

This is not meant to offend, but when stating an opinion, it really helps to have all the facts beforehand. Dont fill in the "fact gaps" with assumptions. There is NO ILLEGAL PROGRAM AT USE HERE, with the possible exception of those who use shortkeys or vmk pal to ENTER the codes.

Actually, there is a site where you CAN download a program that assists players mining codes. It is like a VMK underground. I don't want to put the link here and encourage people to do this, but it definitely exists, and they definitely offer downloads to mine codes.

well, considering that that site has disabled all the downloads, I dont think that is really the case any longer, and besides, that isnt what MOST of the people here are talking about. Maybe a few who like to cheat,, but not most.

Just to make things clear... I was mostly joking about my ethics versus obsession struggle. Yes, I am very tempted to use a short cut like this but my personal code of ethics wouldn't allow me to do it. I do use the organ short cut since it is part of the way the program was written.

I got nothing against persons using certain tricks to make things easier...

I only have problems with persons using programs that are obviously game hacks!

So if some persons thought I might have been to tough to them, I´m sorry for that! Mostly aiming for those people using the program!

Word of warning to those thinking about downloading the program - never trust things you download on the internet, especially when they're from untrustworthy people (and I'd count making a program to hack into a game as untrustworthy).
They could contain computer viruses and the people who made it could steal all your personal information, including all your various passwords and possibly bank account info if it's on your computer, or could royally mess up your computer.

Play it safe and use the organ short cut.

Well, people don't even use that program anymore because it's been disabled (I believe?). What is REALLY wrong is that there is person on ebay who SELLS 1,000 pirate codes for $15 or 500 for $10...and has also had MANY Sparrow suits for over $60 a pop. She or He has sold a lot, so they have obviously used that generator for this. Now THAT'S wrong. At least in my opinion

A few things:

1. There is no "program" of such that you download (if there was it probably only just gave you random 16 digit combinations and contained a worm or trojan to let hackers steal your info)
2. You can't get sparrow suit codes specifically because of how the game is programmed no one can know what a code will give you not even if your right there and you hack the whole game
3. The only way that the game can be "hacked" is to make it go faster

Have you been to the underground site? How do you know the program was designed to steal information from the user? I see many, many Sparrow suits so I have a feeling that lots of people used this program.

Yes I have and for one thing it said to use the program you had to enter your info for another game. Also if you've been on the internet long enough you'd know that anything that's not really on the good side of the law usually comes with it's own virus. Obviously I would not have downloaded it. I was one of the people who reported the site.

I haven't seen more pirate costumes than should be expected. Even so there is no program that gives you specific pirate costumes codes like I said before.

That's one person out of 6000 players who claims that. Who says their gonna trade the suit it may as well be a scam. Most teenagers who are computer geeks know what I'm saying is true.

EDIT: How do you know they just didn't have a bunch of codes and used a macro to paste them into VMK on a mule.
