650 credits later, the code I was issued does not work. I'm the envy of the kingdom now! I have invisible inferno - 1 of a kind! Seriously. "The code you just typed doesn't match any of our secret codes - please check it and try again." How difficult is it to have codes working when they are issued?

UPDATE: The phone number now tells us that issues will only be handled through Contact Us and any messages left there will not be attended to. Ah, I can feel the magic.
UPDATE2: I called Disney's offices. I was transferred to support for Disney Game Kingdom. Note, this is NOT VMK. The lady I spoke with, although helpful, stated that she cannot help with anything regarding VMK. She said there is no phone support of any kind for VMK as "it is a free game." I explained that they game is free but $150 on movies for 7 codes is not. She understood, but could not assist me any further other than to give me an email address and a phone number for Disney Movie Rewards. Ah, the magic.
UPDATE3: Spoke with a very nice lady at Disney Movie Rewards. She confirmed the code I was issued. She told me that if the code does not work in game, I need to contact VMK through a Contact Us link on the home page. She was not happy to hear that the players refer to that as the black hole, but said there is nothing further she can do to help. When I asked her if I have just wasted 650 points ($150), she did tell me that if I did not have any resolution from VMK within 7-10 days to call back and a supervisor has the ability to look into the situation and decide to reinstate my points. That was nice to hear - although it is not a resolution. So, now I am back to: wait. Magical, huh?

Really no idea what else to try. Real money, Disney. You are a multi-billion dollar company. How difficult is it to coordinate codes in a computer system?
