I know this has been beat to death but are Beach club actually selling for high 90's. I thought I was paying too much at 85 when I bought my first contract.

From the ROFR thread, it looks like mid-80s to 100, depending on how many points the contract has and if it's a stripped contract. The smaller the point contracts go for the higher price.

I paid $95/point in october for a loaded 75 point BCV contract! For me its worth it to be able to book BCV at 11 month.

Hmmm????...was just looking (have been looking at BCV and BWV myself). I'd offer $5 to $10 less per point (in looking at all the 200 BCV pointers out there...they are all $96-98pp). Another forum has a thread of stats that show all deeds that closed and the January stats (Feb stats not done yet) show high $90s but those deals were made in Nov and Dec and I think prices are a little lower these days.

We own Boardwalk but in our opinion the Beach Club is the best Disney resort.

We bought Boardwalk because of the price and it is our 2nd favorite place.
