Bcv

No, none of the villas really have a good view. The pool view is okay, but you overlook the parking lot as well. The view towards the BC is okay, but you look towards the BC building, that's it. The woods view is lousy except for a few of the villas for a few minutes at night if you are lucky enough to see Illuminations from your villa.

We always request top floor with epcot view. Usually you can see part of spaceship earth. At night you can hear the british invasion and see parts of illumination.

I'd go with Karebear's suggestion higher floor facing EPCOT. Like Deb said no Great views there....Shawnpirate:

I have always stayed at BCV wanting an Epcot view. SHort version of this DONE with THAT! No real good view unless you like traffic. Now for the first time I stayed at the BWV Boardwalk view. Was absolutely the best view I have EVER had!! I have two sons 6 and 8 they were thrilled they saw the epcot ball all day and perfect fireworks at night. Absolutely change resorts!
And I use to be a huge BCV fan!:rolleyes1

The first time we stayed at BCV we had a quiet pool view and it was pretty nice. The last time we stayed there, maybe 2 years ago (can't remember) I can't even remember our view. That is the downfall of BCV...not great views. Well, I should say not memorable. I don't remember feeling like it was bad or anything though. This time I am thinking of requesting a room nearer the main building and pool so it's less of a trek to swim in the big pool...I would also think it would be easier to get to EPCOT too (or shave a minute or two off the commute). Has anybody ever tried this and had any good results?

It's a small resort. You aren't going to get any closer to the main pool.

Your best bet then would be to request Courtyard view, I wouldn't want to be on the first floor in that area though, meaning rooms 101,103,105,107 or 123.

For a long time we always requested and got an Epcot view. It was peaceful and yet at night we could hear the wonderful music from Epcot and see a small part of the fireworks. The wooded view let me walk on my porch in my robe and eat breakfast or read and felt very peaceful. Then we requested a pool view and I feel like I'm in the hub of activity and it's magical looking at night! I don't think I would like the courtyard view because I'm not into shutting curtains during the day and I don't want to give anyone surprises. I also know that there's a section where you look out at a laundry type area. We always request an upper floor -- not first. After a long cold winter I really need the pool view so that's probably what we will keep requesting for our spring break and give up the breakfast on the porch. That website with the building map worked really well for us when we were staying 2 weeks and had a messup with rooms -- because I had used it we ended up with a room square on the pool and with a view of MK fireworks! My husband couldn't figure out why I took that room in the middle of a hallway so far from the elevator ( a request we make )! IT was great!

I enjoy the pool view at BCV. Sometimes you can see Wishes depending on the floor you get. I like the Epcot view and woods view too as long as I am not on the ground floor. Really need floor 3 or higher. I disliked the courtyard view. I usually just request high floor and leave it at that. If I add more than 1 request, I usually don't get it.

we actually bought BCV, sight unseen, as we thought it would be like the BWVs.
nope: our EPCOT view included a busy road :confused3 it was nothing like watching day break over the water, gazing at spaceship earth "in our backyard", and watching illuminations from our balcony :cloud9:
BCV is beautiful, but not known for its views.
