We are so lucky to have rented points to be staying at BCV in February. I have 2 questions: They only change the towels in the room after 4 days - Are there a lot of towels in the room? There are 4 of us and we will be showering a lot. Also, are towels provided at the pool or do we need to take towels from the room with us? I know it sounds like an odd question because I thought all resort pools provide towels but a few years ago we stayed one night at one of the value resorts and there were no towels in the pool area and we had to go back up to the room and get the ones from there...

We (four of us) stayed at BCV last year. We didn't have a problem with towels in the room. We hung them up and they dried pretty quickly. And, there are towels in the pool area so you do not have to bring the towels from your room. Also, you are going to love the BCV pool and slide. They are awesome! :thumbsup2

thanks! Do you know if we do need more towels in the room can we ask?

If you need more towels in the room, you can pay for an additional towel pack, they are not supplied free of charge.
There were 4 of us a few weeks ago and we too were fine. We use our towels at home more than once, and it was fine to do that on vacation. Also you can throw them in the washer and dryer and have clean towels in no time
Have a Great Trip.

What size unit are you in? If you are in a studio or 1 bedroom unit, you will have 4 bath towels, but if you are in a 2 bedroom unit, you will have 8 bath towels. In a 1 or 2 bedroom unit you will have the washer and dryer in the room with which to dry and or launder your towels. If you are in a studio and prefer not to hang and reuse your towel from one day to the next, you will need to either launder them in the free laundry provided or pay for an additional towel pack. Don't forget that even though you don't get fresh towels until day 4, it is really only 3 days of bathing, since the day you check in is day 1.

Seperate towels are provided for pool use and will be available at the pool area. We usually hang our towels at home and reuse them, so we do the same on vacation. DVC is a timeshare, so laundering and bringing fresh towels daily is an addedd expense for members dues that most of us aren't too anxious to pay. That's why it's "pay as you play" plan where if you need to use additional towels you are asked to pay for them.

We are in a studio. I don't think it will be a problem as long as I know ahead what to expect. That's why it is so great to be a memebr of the disboards!

We own at BCV and will be there between Christmas and New Years.
It's been at least 2 visits that we've (or more like I've) used the Dunes Cove private pool (sometimes I'll opt to hang back in the room to get ready while the others take a quick dip)

There ARE towels provided at the private pool as well, correct?
