BCV Thermostat override

I remember reading (and printing out) instructions on how to override the motion sensor on the thermostats of the rooms at BCV. Unfortunately I did that 6 months ago and now can't find where I put it. Can someone please post those instructions again?

Never mind I found some instructions

I had the directions but they didn't work. I called housekeeping/engineering and they came up and reset the thermostat for us so that it would drop to 64. It was much better in the 4th of July heat! Good luck. We did say that we needed for health reasons when we were sleeping which is the truth!
