BCV Studio-Good Location?

I have been studing the maps trying to decide which BCV studio would have a really good location! We don't really care about an Epcot view and would probably prefer a 1rst floor location (non-smoking)! Would love a quick walk to SAB! Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks!

Well...we arguably had what most people would consider one of the worst locations for a studio on our last trip. First floor, just two or three villas from the end of the hall with no real view. You know what? The studio was just fine and the location not particularly inconvenient. Yes, it was a little further walk, but it really, really was not bad at all. My point is that if you don't care about an Epcot view, I really wouldn't worry too much about requesting a particular location. Put your emphasis on general requests like non-smoking and the handicapped accessible status of the room (depending on which type of room you need or prefer). BCV is really not that big a resort that the location will make a HUGE difference for you, at least based on my experience.

I stayed in a BCV studio last Thursday night and was in 531. It was about 6 doors from the elevator and had a view of the woods, see picture below. It was very quiet, there was a housekeeping room on one side and I didn't hear anyone on the other side. Since it was top floor, no one above. Loved it.

You can see the top of the American Pavillion in the second picture, so I imagine there would be an Illuminations view. I was at Epcot for Illuminations, so I don't know for sure.

We have also stayed in 531, and I agree that it is a very nice studio and nice view. It is a dedicated studio, too, as I recall.

Thanks! I wonder how 131 is? I think we would enjoy being on the 1rst floor!
