BCV still showing movies at night?

We are leaving soon and I just wondered if the BC/YC was still showing movies on the beach at night?

They were last week. I stayed at Boardwalk, but went over to Beach Club one evening, and they were showing a movie on the beach. I didn't even know they did that, and it was really neat.

I watched "Meet the Robinsons" last night, so that's the Thursday movie. I think "Chicken Little" was the Wednesday nite movie. The only written schedule I have is from November, and it's still packed away, but I'll look for it in the morning.

We were there last Tuesday (11/27) and they were showing National Treasure on the beach.

We went by tonight and it was 'Cars' they also had a bonfire going and marshmallows. It was a gorgeous night so there were quite a few people around. Tomorrow night is Pirates 3.

We will be staying at BWV in March. Will the be showing movies that time of the year? Is it only for BCV guests?

I don't know about whether or not they'll do it in March, but the several times I've been they've never asked for ID to see what resort you're staying at. Confession time-once I was staying at BWV, I knew that the movie was one I wanted to see, so I "snuck in" (actually no "sneaking" was necessary). Actually my waitlist to stay at BCV hadn't come thru for that night so I was a "BCV wannabe". So unless things change, I doubt they'll ask where you're staying.

They actually handed out a December Recreation Schedule when I checked in on Sunday. The movie was at 7pm and was this rotation....

Sunday - Lilo and Stitch
Monday - National Treasure (Starting Dec 24th Santa Clause 3)
Tuesday - Chicken Little (Starting Dec. 11th High School Musical 2)
Wednesday - Meet the Robinsons
Thursday - Ratatouille
Friday - Cars
Saturday -Pirates; Dead Mans Chest (Starting Dec. 8th Pirates;At Worlds End)
