BCV room request with small child?

Hello! I have been researching all of the BCV views and I'm not really sure what to request! We will be 2 adults and a 2 year old in a studio.

It seems like close to SAB & BC would be most convenient for us. Near the elevators would be good, probably. I don't think we care much about the view, but a high floor would be nice. What are the best things to ask for, and how should I ask for them? Near main building?

Also, I am confused about how they prioritize requests. I know they are by when you book, but is it also by when you make the requests?

My understanding is that medical requests come first and then the rest are prioritized based on when the reservation was made. So it doesn't matter if you add requests, later. It won't change your place in line.

If you choose to make requests, be sure to put them in order of importance. The room assigners assume that the one first on the list is your first priority.

For us, nothing other than non-smoking is really important. Sounds to me like all the rooms at BCV are very nice. With the little one, it probably will be good to be near the BC/SAB and the elevators.
