We're staying in a dedicated 2 bedroom villa at BCV's in January. Are there any 2 br villas that we should try to avoid? I'm looking for specific room numbers or areas that would have the KISS OF DEATH on them.... you know the rooms... like the dumpster views at WLV........... I don't want to be stuck in a room or area of rooms that I should avoid, and if I have an idea of the areas some of these rooms are in, I can reject them before we even step foot in them. ALso- does anyone know what the HC rooms are? My mom and I both have bad backs- we'd like to avoid these rooms as well. Thank you.

Here is a link with some room reports and it will give you some view comments. http://members.aol.com/InstImpres/beachclub.pdf

This will give you an idea of “sectional views”. It is extremely difficult to ask for a specific room (as well as trying on the CM’s). With the new room ready policy, guests have reported getting several choices at check-in and this may than help

The file is in adobe acrobat and which can be downloaded from this site for free:

Good luck

I was confirmed in a dedicated 2 bedroom. I was assigned a one bedroom/studio room.

Are you really assured a dedicated 2 bedroom with their new room assignment policy?

Well, I am assuming (which can be a VERY bad thing sometimes!) I am confirmed in a dedicated 2 bedroom. On my ressie confrimation slip that I got from BCV'c it say Vacation home type: Two Bedroom Dedicated- so I'm guessing that's what it is. Is that what yours said too?

My confirmation page I got in the mail said Two Bedroom Dedicated.

At checkin I was given a 1-bedroom/studio combo.

I was not given a choice of rooms at checkin or the option to wait until later to get a dedicated. I am sure I could have asked but did not really care what room I got.

HI,
I just got back 2 weeks ago. I was confirmed a dedicated 2BR with an Epcot view. When I got there I asked what room I was in and where it was located. They showed me a map of the resort and where my room was located. It was a dedicated 2BR but it did not have an Epcot view. I did not mind about the view but I did not like the location of the room. So I asked if he could change the location of it. I said I did not mind if it was dedicated or non- smoking. I just asked for a top floor. He gave me a couple of rooms to choice from and showed me where they were located. It turned out that I got a dedicated 2BR with an Epcot view on the top floor. Room #467. I LOVED the room. And I went back to thank the CM that helped me. I think his name was Darren. He was very nice. So, just ask about your room assignment while you are still at the front desk and hopefully there will be a couple of choices for you to choice from too. GOOD LUCK!!!! Have a great trip!
