Could anyone help me with requesting room numbers for the BCV? My priorities would be a room closest to SAB since I have small children and will spend quite a bit of time there, and secondly, a room that would be good to view fireworks. Any help is greatly appreciated! I'm jealous you're already there!!

We tried desperately to get a room-layout map when we were at WDW last week. Tried DVC desk at YC/BC 3X. They always sent us to YC/BC front desk as they need one to direct people to their rooms upon check-in (yes! BCV WILL check-in at BC front desk!). On 6/30, a front-desk CM finally waved a map in my direction but had none to give us and wouldn'tcopy it for us. Even at the DVC Open House on 6/24 at BCV, they said no room map is available!

I think our best hope is to just stay tuned here as other members give feed-back!

Pammy jo- I think to get a view you will need one of the higher floors(and even then views are very limited). You will have a bit of a walk to SAB regardless as it is on the far side of BC from the villas.

Hope this helps!

Pammy,

From what I gather, your requests are in conflict. I think those areas are at opposite ends.

Hmmm, well I think I'll go with our first priority then, close proximity to SAB. Anyone have any idea of what room numbers those might be?

Just request a room closest to the Beach Club. We did and had no problem getting such a room without knowing room numbers.

Isn't there a room map on the back of the entry door to the room? Like a fire escape route? At least one of your floor, anyway? Perhaps someone can take a digital pic ...

When we checked in, I was able to glance at the CM's map and they seem to label each section of the resort. I know that the section by the villas main entrance and closest to the Beach Club is called Ariel courtyard. Hope this helps a little.
