BCV Room Help

We own at VWL but are trying BCV for the first time for our upcoming trip. We are very excited to try it out, but I have a few questions I hope you all can help me with. First, I've read that some of the BC rooms do not actually have balconies. Is this only at the BC, or is it also at the BCV? If so, where would I find out what rooms don't have balconies? Second, it appears that there is a fairly busy road that runs near BCV. Does this have any impact on some of the room locations...such as noise from traffic? Or, as usual, does Disney do such an incredible job of hiding the road that it doesn't detract? Lastly, do any of the areas of the hotel have decent views of Illuminations?

BCV units have balconies.

The road noise has never bothered me and we've been in the last villa up against the road, but perhaps I'm just not sensitive to it. I've read others who have posted that it bothered them.

The views are terrible though.

I've never had a room with a great view of Illuminations. There is the woods area in between and I've seen the higher fireworks above the trees but not any of the lower, better show.

I've had my nicest views at BCV on the other side of the building, rather than on the side that faces Epcot. I love the view of the canal at night with the lights of the BC reflecting in the canal, and the view of the pathway to the Solarium room in the BC isn't bad for me either.

I like the view of the woods also, because I like seeing the bunnies and birds, but once I was close to the road, had a view of high Illuminations but the noise of the road did bother me.

I enjoy drinking my morning coffee on a balcony, and it was only once that I wasn't able to do that.

BCV rooms do have balconies but views are not that good.I have had the room over the entrance and in the back which you got to watch the cars go past.The pool few rooms are okay but you can still see the parking lot.We could not wait until we could buy the beach club but it has been a disappointment.
