BCV reservations using BWV Points

When is BVC opening and can you book reservations there if you have points from another home resort, when are they starting to allow booking of rooms to stay

Beginning on March 6, 2002 , DVC members may begin making point reservations at BCV for stays after August 1. Normal 11/7 reservation priorities apply.

Cash reservations, also for dates beginning August 1, are being accepted now thru CRO.

Thanks. Is there a grand opening going on and do you know if the pool and resort will be complete. It is our one year anniversary and we were planning on using some points at the end of August.
