BCV resale????

Our friends are serious about buying BCV resale......looking for about 300 pts......i know they have been selling well and BWV also which we own.....anyway there is one for sale at the timeshare right now....dont know why the friends werent called they are on a list ....BUT....any opinions on this resale??? is this Dec. use yr okay? Price seems a tad high....

IMO, nice points, but the $77 price is high. (Jaki has a 700 pointer at BCV for $70 per point!) They can certainly make a lower offer... if the seller doesn't accept, another will come long.
