AM I seeing things ? BCV listed on a resale site for $158 PP ?

That's CRAZY, direct is $165, lower closing and could end up with 2 years of points depending on UY.

That's insane -- I saw 2 contracts over the weekend at $150pp. Then again, just heard that DVC has closed the waitlist for BCV (although I thought it was closed before anyway).

There are a couple that were thrown out there for high prices. They've been sitting.

That fact depends on which guide or bus driver you ask, and what phase the moon is currently at. I've heard that stated and then someone reports calling MS for an addon and presto, points are magically available.

They always aggressively steer you towards the "live" properties (PVB, AUL, CCV), but points regularly come into older properties thru ROFR and foreclosures. They just don't make much on those flips and aren't really interested in selling them.

Why $158 and not an even $160 or $155 or $159.99. Are they trying to trick us or what?

This was my experience when trying to add on at BLT - no aggressive steering to other properties, but I had to persistently call and email until it became clear that I wasn't going away or waiting patiently.
