BCV Refurb

Saw this on website. Does anyone know if this is room refresh or other parts of Villas?

BCV rooms are due for a refresh this year, so this probably refers to that. It's possible that other parts of the BCV building will undergo some changes too - nothing specific has been released that I'm aware of.

So excited they are starting. Listed as a soft refurbishment. Two other resorts that had soft refurbishment also got Murphy drop downs included. I hope BCV gets the Murphy

Someone posted in a DVC FB group yesterday with hall photos at BCV; looked like Murphy beds, etc.

We are at the BCV now and the refurb is currently on the 4th and 5th floor towards the parking lot. They have been working all week Not sure about the other end. Not much noise that we have heard. This only impacts studios but a sign in the elevator says that the laundry in the Villas is unavailable during construction but 1st floor Resort laundry is available complementary.
