BCV refurb starting?

Is anyone staying at BCV now? I'm anxiously awaiting any news regarding the start of the refurb - i.e. Sections of rooms blocked off, furniture being removed, etc. Per Disney Files, this was supposed to start late March -

there is a walk through video of a refurbished studio on YouTube I tried posting the link to it but the admins did not like it and removed it because it was not produced by one of their advertisers.

As I just posted in my other thread, as of the 5th, I saw no evidence of work having been started on the villas. When we checked in, the front desk said the only work that has been started was in the hotel wing.

Got a letter yesterday that said refurb would be occurring during my stay in mid-November and that there might be noise through the day.

I have a September reservation and also received a letter on refurb. Yet on allears.net and all the WDW sites, it states the refurb will be complete by late June, 2015

I got the letter and we are checking in November 28.
