Is there an electrical outlet in the entrance hallway to a 1 BR BCV to plug in an ECV to charge? If not, where can you charge the ECV conveniently at night?

I've seen people plug them in in a hallway outlet and leave them out there, but I'm not sure if it is actually allowed.

We parked ECV in the living room next that counter on opposite side of where the kitchen sink is.

I think that usually the battery pack can be taken off the ECV to charge but it's been awhile since DH had to use one. But we had a BCV lockoff on that trip and I do know that there wasn't any issue in getting it charged and he just parked it in the entry way. So either there's an outlet there or you could move the battery for charging.
